Lone Star Signs Order and Customer-Service Messaging

These SMS Terms govern text messaging (SMS and MMS) between you and Lone Star Signs Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Lone Star Signs ("Lone Star Signs," "we," "us"), through our program: Lone Star Signs Order and Customer-Service Messaging.

1. What the Program Is For

Our messaging is transactional and customer-service messaging only — texts about your inquiries, quotes, orders, artwork, artwork approvals, payment questions and payment reminders connected to an existing transaction, production questions, order status, pickup, shipping, tracking, delivery, and general ordering assistance, plus conversations you start with us.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. No promotions, coupons, discounts, sales campaigns, product advertising, mass marketing, prospecting, or newsletter-style broadcasts. Providing your telephone number does not authorize promotional texting, and consenting to this program is not consent to marketing texts.

2. Message Frequency and Rates

• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries and orders.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are your responsibility.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed. We do not promise that every order will receive text updates.

3. Opting Out and Getting Help

• Reply STOP to any of our texts to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation message, and we will stop texting you.
• Reply START to resume messaging where supported.

4. Consent Is Not Required to Purchase

Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing anything from Lone Star Signs. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from ordering through our other available channels (website, email, or phone). You can still provide a telephone number for order fulfillment (for example, for the shipping carrier) without agreeing to receive texts from us.

5. Your Telephone Number

You represent that you own, control, or are authorized to use the telephone number you provide. If your number changes ownership, tell us so we stop associating it with your records.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. In particular: mobile telephone information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use communications service providers solely to deliver our messages on our behalf.

7. Program Changes and Suspension

We may suspend messaging for misuse, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
